Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Side Garage LLC. Because many of our products are collectible items where packaging and condition can affect value, please review the following policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging. For carded, boxed, or otherwise packaged collectibles, the original packaging is considered part of the collectible and must be returned with the item.

Opened collectibles are generally not eligible for returns due to buyer preference or change of mind.

Collectible & Packaging Condition

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe our products. Product photos are considered part of the item's condition description. Please review available photos before purchasing.

Minor factory imperfections, card wear, soft corners, small creases, blister imperfections, paint variations, or other manufacturing and packaging variations may occur with mass-produced collectibles. Unless an item is specifically described as “mint,” we do not guarantee mint packaging or condition.

If packaging condition is particularly important to you, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged in transit, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please retain the item, packaging, shipping box, and packing materials and provide photographs of the item and packaging when requested. This helps us evaluate the issue and, when applicable, pursue a claim with the shipping carrier.

If we determine that an item was damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly, or materially misrepresented, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement, return, or refund. The Side Garage LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from our error.

Buyer-Requested Returns

For an otherwise eligible return that is not the result of damage, an incorrect shipment, or an error by The Side Garage LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or as otherwise required by law.

Returns should be packaged securely. Items returned damaged because of inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Final Sale Items

Items identified as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns based on buyer preference or change of mind. This does not limit remedies that may apply if an item arrives damaged, is incorrectly shipped, is materially different from its listing, or where otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a problem with an order, contact The Side Garage LLC through the contact information provided on our website. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your request.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or sales channels, including Whatnot or TikTok Shop, may also be subject to that platform's applicable return, refund, buyer-protection, and dispute policies. Where a marketplace's requirements apply to a transaction, those requirements will be followed.
